A former Fresno County employee is breaking her silence, revealing what she says led up to her surprise termination in September. Former Fresno COG Executive Director and former Fresno County Transportation Authority Executive Director wrote a letter alongside other local transportation planners to the Fresno Council of Governments (FresnoCOG) raising concerns about the pending plan.
