Reality shows are now a dime a dozen, but back in 2010 (12 years ago) it was a still nascent industry. This week , Kwambox shares her experience on Big Brother Africa which catapulted her into stardom across the continent. But behind the glitz and glam she opens up about her struggle with anxiety brought on by the fame. We also share our experiences being in the limelight and the pressure that brings to maintain a certain image.
