Monica graduated from the Drama Therapy program at New York University and developed Astrodrama, which combines astrology with embodied techniques to apply the basics of astrology to not just the mind, but the body and spirit. Her philosophy is that self-awareness is the key to loving, accepting, and mastering one’s self.

Angelica, STEPHANIE and Peggy! (Sry, we had to). This week we are speaking with all-around musical queen and Broadway star, Stephanie Jae Park. 

Stephanie is a NYC-based actor and singer, currently starring in Hamilton on Broadway as Eliza Hamilton. She graduated with her BFA in Musical Theatre from the prestigious University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). In 2020, she and her partner started the musical group,"Saffron Lips," and released their first album, "Fire to My Air", in January 2022. In her free time, Stephanie vocal coaches her fellow Broadway peers, teaches with Broadway Plus, and writes music. She is known amongst peers as “Slay,” her extroverted alter ego who, as you may have guessed, slays. 

In this episode we discuss the role of society’s beauty standards, perception on social media, pinpointing your own unique journey and of course…Stephanie’s role as Eliza in Hamilton!
