David Rabinowitz discusses how he and his writing partner Charlie Wachtel got the rights to adapt BlacKkKlansman, getting Jordan Peele and Spike Lee on board, and their Oscar win!

The bio-crime-drama is about Ron Stallworth, an African American police officer from Colorado Springs, CO, who successfully manages to infiltrate the local Ku Klux Klan branch with the help of a Jewish surrogate who eventually becomes its leader.
