Amiga, Handle Your Shit

Write Whatever you Want It to Be with Christina Igaraividez

Listen Later

When it comes to writing, whether it is journaling or writing a book, or a screenplay, the most important thing is that it needs to come from within yourself without any restrictions or mental filters. How often did you hear something like, you should journal about your problems? This is standard advice when it comes to journaling. The idea that you have to write specific topics for your writing to have a purpose is widespread, but it can’t be more hurtful because it prevents your mind from being creative and expressing its true self. To fully express yourself through writing, you need to write whatever you want it to be, without fear or filters. Just write what you feel about writing, and start from there.

Today’s guest, Christina Igaraividez, will tell us about her decision to quit her marketing career and move to Los Angeles to pursue her passion for acting and storytelling and the power of writing whatever we want it to be.
