Holman Jenkins is a member of the editorial board of the Wall Street Journal and the author of its biweekly “Business World” column. Mr. Jenkins won a 1997 Gerald Loeb Award for distinguished business and financial coverage, and in 2013 he became the inaugural winner of the Calvin Coolidge Prize for Journalism.
