『11:25 イエスは彼女に言われた。「わたしはよみがえりです。いのちです。わたしを信じる者は死んでも生きるのです。11:26 また、生きていてわたしを信じる者はみな、永遠に決して死ぬことがありません。あなたは、このことを信じますか。」』

イエス様は、死んで墓に葬られ、三日目に蘇りました。この事は事実なのです。そして、復活の主に出会った人々は変えられました。力を得る事が出来ました。希望を持つことができました。復活の主は、今も働いておられ、私達と共におられるのです。永遠の命を与える真の救い主であることを証明されたのです。

お祈りします。

愛する天のお父様、み名を崇め感謝します。このイースターの時に、復活の主に出会って弟子たちが変えられたことを示してくださいましてありがとうございます。どんな状況の中にあっても希望がありますから感謝します。すべてを感謝し、主イエス・キリストのお名前によってお祈りします。

「15:42 Now when evening had come, because it was the Preparation Day, that is, the day before the Sabbath,

 15:43 Joseph of Arimathea, a prominent council member, who was himself waiting for the kingdom of God, coming and taking courage, went in to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus.」　Amen.

　The day began at sunset. It was already evening. Before the Sabbath began, Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus buried Jesus' body with great care in a new tomb on the west side of Golgotha Hill. Joseph of Arimathea was one of the leading legislators, and Nicodemus was the one who once visited Jesus in the middle of the night and was taught the gospel of the Kingdom of God and the depths of the new birth.

　May we all be mindful of the Lord's plan for us today.

『15:42 さて、すでに夕方になっていた。その日は備え日、すなわち安息日の前日であったので、15:43 アリマタヤ出身のヨセフは、勇気を出してピラトのところに行き、イエスのからだの下げ渡しを願い出た。ヨセフは有力な議員で、自らも神の国を待ち望んでいた。』

  一日の始まりは日没からです。もうすでに夕方になっていました。安息日が始まる前に、アリマタヤのヨセフとニコデモはイエス様のご遺体をゴルゴダの丘の西側の新しい墓に手厚く葬ったのです。アリマタヤのヨセフは有力な議員の一人であり、ニコデモは、かつて深夜にイエス様を訪ね、神の国の福音と新生の奥義を教えられた人だったのです。

　今日も、主のご計画に思いを寄せることができますように・・・。　

「So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, "It is finished!" And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.」　Amen.

　It was a long Friday. Before dawn he was arraigned by the high priests, flogged and mocked. Early in the morning there was the trial of Pilate and the inquisition of Herod, and at about 9:00 a.m. He was crucified. Then, about six hours later, at about 3:00 p.m., He gave up His spirit with the final words, "It is finished." It was truly a death on the cross to atone for the sins of humankind. He died as our substitute.

　May we ponder Jesus' death on the cross today as well.

『イエスは酸いぶどう酒を受けると、「完了した」と言われた。そして、頭を垂れて霊をお渡しになった。』

　長い金曜日となりました。夜明け前、大祭司らの審問を受け、鞭で打たれ嘲りを受けました。早朝にはピラトの裁判とヘロデの審問があり、午前9時ごろ十字架に架けられました。そして、約６時間後の午後3時ごろ、「完了した」という最後の言葉を残して霊をお渡しになりました。それは、まさに人類の罪を贖うための十字架の死でした。私たちの身代わりとなって死なれたのです。

　今日も、イエス様の十字架の死に思いを巡らすことができますように・・・。

「Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to the disciples, "Sit here while I go and pray over there."」　Amen.

On Thursday evening, the Last Supper took place. It marked the end of the Old Testament Supper and instituted the new "Lord's Supper. This is the sacrament we have today. Then, about 8 or 9 o'clock at night, He went to Gethsemane, between the valley of Kederon and the foot of the Mount of Olives, to pray. Matthew 26:39: "O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will." Jesus was then arrested and taken away.

May we know the will of Jesus today as well.

『それから、イエスは弟子たちと一緒にゲツセマネという場所に来て、彼らに「わたしがあそこに行って祈っている間、ここに座っていなさい」と言われた。』

　木曜日の夕方、最後の晩餐が行われました。それは、旧約時代の晩餐に終わりを告げ、新しい「主の晩餐」を制定されたのです。これが今の聖餐式なのです。それから、夜8時か9時頃にケデロンの谷とオリーブ山のふもととの間にあるゲッセマネに行き祈られたのです。（マタイ26:39）「わが父よ、できることなら、この杯をわたしから過ぎ去らせてください。しかし、わたしが望むようにではなく、あなたが望まれるままに、なさってください。」その後、イエス様は逮捕され連行されるのです。

　今日も、イエス様のみ心を知ることができますように・・・。　

「And when Jesus was in Bethany at the house of Simon the leper, a woman came to Him having an alabaster flask of very costly fragrant oil, and she poured it on His head as He sat at the table.」　Amen.

　On Wednesday, Jesus was in Bethania. He was staying at Simon's house, where Mary of Bethania was anointing Jesus' head with perfumed oil in preparation for His burial. But at about the same time, Judas Iscariot was betraying Jesus by asking for the high priest.

　May we ponder the Way of the Cross today.

『さて、イエスがベタニアで、ツァラアトに冒された人シモンの家におられると、ある女の人が、非常に高価な香油の入った小さな壺を持って、みもとにやって来た。そして、食卓に着いておられたイエスの頭に香油を注いだ。』

　水曜日は、イエス様はベタニアにいました。シモンの家に滞在していましたが、そこで、ベタニアのマリヤは、イエス様の葬りの備えのために、イエス様の頭に香油を注いでいました。でも、ほぼ同時刻に、イスカリオテのユダは大祭司のもとを尋ねイエス様を裏切る行為に及んでいたのです。

　今日も、十字架の道行に思いを巡らすことができますように・・・。
