The latest hearing on the SEC’s lawsuit against Ripple revealed that "only Ripple and employee’s of Ripple can sell XRP illegally" which means individuals and exchanges are ok to sell XRP. This revelation started the relist XRP movement by members of the XRP community in hopes that US exchanges such as Coinbase will enabled XRP trading again. In addition to all of this Ripple continues to make efforts in building things on the XRP ledger such as private ledgers for CBDCs and hiring Goldman Sachs and Uber tech veteran Brooks Entwistle to expand its operations in Southeast Asia.
