If you are philosophically aligned to co-sleeping, that's one thing. If you're doing it from desperation or if you want to stop, then this episode is what you need. Talking with Rosey from Just Chill Baby Sleep, we chat about what's happening (from your baby/toddler/pre-schooler's point of view) and what you can do to get your little one sleeping happily in their own bed. Enjoy!

Awake (or 'Wake') Windows are the single most important thing that impacts how well and how long your baby will sleep. They also change a LOT in the first few months. Why so important? If you put your baby down before the end of the awake window it will reduce the duration of your baby's nap. And if you miss the end of the awake window then your baby is overtired and will wake up frequently, cry a lot and wake up early.

When sleep deprivation is a torture technique, how on earth do you navigate through the newborn stage? How do you make it through? Are you supposed to wake your newborn up to feed? Is a SNOO (smart bassinet) worth it?
In today's Ask Me Anything, Camille chats with Louisa a first time parent and gets to the crux of a bunch of important questions.

Babies who take short naps often can't link sleep cycles by themselves and parents don't know how to teach them. That's where this episode comes in. We'll cover practical techniques for babies aged 1 week to 8 years (!). If your little one needs more sleep, tune in and take notes.

There are a bunch of sleep cues your baby or toddler might be showing you when they are tired. But sometimes they don’t mean anything, so how do you tell if that yawn is sleepiness, boredom or for no reason at all? This episode will help you learn when that changed, how to adjust and what to look for instead.

You don’t see adults who need to be rocked or fed to sleep, so sure, it might eventually change. Tell that to the parents whose 4 year old still doesn’t sleep through the night. For most babies/toddlers it takes something more to break the habit. This episode provides a plan for how to stop parenting your baby to sleep when your baby is ready to learn to sleep independently.
