This activity invites you to journal for focus by considering what CHARACTERS live inside your head.  Before you think, “Marin, that’s far too weird…” - let me assure you, this is easily one of my coaching clients’ favorite activities.   

By creating caricatures of the voices inside your head, you will feel excited to journal to organize your thoughts; you will journal to unscatter not only for a clear mind and to make a well-informed decision - but to find compassion & laughter with your wonderful self.

What happens when you follow your heart? The reality of achieving your dreams looks different than I predicted it would. Younger me had no idea what to expect when you pursue your dreams - & more specifically, what to expect when you quit your job in pursuit of said dreams.   

If I could travel back in time to give advice to my younger self, I’d share what I wish I’d known before quitting. I’d share what happens when you follow your heart… what to expect when you pursue your dreams...    

Younger me believed the reality of following your heart was happiness & bliss. It turns out true life change includes another important component - something no one warned me about.  

I cannot travel back in time. Thus, I provide you with the motivation & life coach advice I wish I’d had.

Is life coaching worth it? This life coach reacts video is a response to “why life coaching is a scam” - a short clip published by “Get The Picture?” Get the Picture’s video shares a life coach review that is, well... not all positive. The video talks poorly of the coaching industry and bashes Tony Robbin's life coaching in the process.  

I film this reaction video to provide another perspective about what life coaching is - & what life coaching is not.   

As a life coach myself, I am biased in my own right.
