人只要一马虎，就会自然而然地摆脱决心的束缚。有一次，他没去实习，第二天，又没去上课，一尝到偷懒的甜头，慢慢就进得去出不来了。

Once a person becomes careless, they naturally slip out of the grip of their determination.One day, they skip an internship; the next, they skip class. Once they taste the sweetness of laziness, they slowly sink deeper and cannot climb out.

我一直坚持的一个信念是，改变不了大环境，就改变小环境，做自己力所能及的事情。你不能决定太阳几点升起，但可以决定自己几点起床。

One belief I’ve always held is that if you can't change the bigger picture, change what’s within your control—your immediate surroundings, and do what you can. You can’t decide what time the sun rises, but you can decide what time you get up.

一个人可以爬上山丘，屏住呼吸，却无法像玫瑰一样生出枝叶，长成树丛，因为“只有玫瑰才能盛开如玫瑰”。同样，每个人都只能按自己的方式绽放人生。 

A person may climb a hill and hold their breath, but they cannot grow branches and become a rosebush, for "only roses bloom like roses." Similarly, everyone can only blossom in their own way.

从现在起，我开始谨慎地选择我的生活，

我不再轻易让自己迷失在各种诱惑里。我心中已经听到来自远方的呼唤，再不需要回过头去关心身后的种种是非与议论。我已无暇顾及过去，我要向前走。

From now on, I’m being more careful about the life I choose. I won’t let myself get lost in all the temptations anymore. I can already hear a call from afar, and I no longer need to look back at the gossip and drama behind me. I have no time to dwell on the past; it’s time to move forward.
