Finally, pull the hair straight back, at level that's about even with your eyes, fold it over in half, and put an hair tie over the folded part. 

Do not tie the bun near the shoulders, it will makes you look like a girl!

I bet most of you guys know that the answer to “How are you?” is “Fine, thank you”.

But in recent years, there are more and more people using “busy” as the answer to this question!

Like me and SJ. 

I was busy dealing with my routine(常规) work as a radio host. At the same time, I am preparing to move to a new apartment. 

超级紧张又忙碌的日常工作，加上搬家要处理的一大堆事情。

I really hope there are two yoyos. 

但是，你以为这就完事了吗？

NO NO NO，I am also preparing for some exams.

工作之余还要努力学习，好好考试。

但是，为了能为大家作出更好的节目，这都是值得的。（掌声在哪里？）

And I am not the only one who is crazy busy recently.

SJ is also insanely busy.

She just transferred to a new department. 

There are loads of new things to learn and new work to do. 

She works overtime almost every day.

She just had a business trip to Shenzhen and will soon make another business trip to Xinjiang.

BUT 

诶 BUT来了！

忙不要紧，但是心情不能差！

So how do we deal with this crazy busy life?

Here are some tips. We hope these tips can also help you to cope with your busy daily life.

1. Stop Talking About Being Busy

别人问你-最近怎么样啊？

Instead of telling people that you’re busy, try talking about what you’re actually doing. 

For example, “I’m doing well! I just got a job and it's exciting!”

Do not insist that you’re busy, and it will actually make you feel less busy.

自我暗示，我不忙我不忙，一切都在掌控中！

2. Stop Multi-tasking During Leisure Time

其实，我们休息的时间还是超级超级多的。

BUT we’ve become accustomed to multi-tasking during that time.

比如，meal planning while we watch television, checking our email while we’re out to dinner, watching funny videos while we’re chatting with friends. 

要记住，休息的时候就好好休息，无时无刻Multi-tasking的话，大脑很难得到休息啊。

3. Rethink Your Definition of Self-Care

When we think of self-care, we often focus on our physical well-being: getting a massage, exercising, taking care of our skin.

身体上的保养当然重要，但是（今天说了好多但是）

但是，精神健康也不容忽视。

大家感觉抑郁的时候，一定要找到一个适合自己的方式发泄出来。

Everybody wants to be chic.

Chic这个词呢，不仅仅是指时尚，漂亮。

它还是一种态度。

So let’s start from the outside.

The word Chic was first used in France in 1856 and probably comes from the German word Schick, which means skill, elegance and fitness.

一般来说，chic的标准是：

A chic woman is always elegant and attractive in her appearance.

She looks smart, clean and well groomed.

Her clothes are usually simple, modest, well fitting and stylish.

Fast means happening, moving, or doing something at great speed速度.

快速的 这个是大家熟悉的含义，

但，fast还有另外一个含义：

If you fast, you eat no food for a period of time.

禁食，断食。
