​​During this episode, Eartha will guide you in two mindfulness practices that help us step back from our thoughts. We all have many thoughts. Some people may believe everything they think about themselves, even if their thoughts lead to unhealthy self-esteem. The two practices aim to help build distance between ourselves and our thoughts. We are not ignoring our thoughts or hiding from them. We put space between ourselves and our thoughts to appreciate the now without judgment. You will notice that the second practice has a style for younger practitioners. Everyone will gain something from both mindfulness imagery activities.
