In this episode, Sydney talks about her relationship with Internal Family Systems in her therapy journey. This episode discusses that humans are multifaceted and all of our parts have a purpose. Especially the dark, negative, shadow parts. On the other side of our shadows are our strengths. Listen to learn why shadow work is imperative on your healing journey, and how to take steps towards accepting all the parts of who you are. IFS and shadow work can lead to improved decision making, more authenticity, expanded compassion for yourself and others, improved relationships, and unlocking your full potential.
IFS meditation
Journal prompts: What are the parts of you you've repressed/hidden away/denied/rejected?
Are there any parts of you you think are undesirable, uncomfortable, or contrary to your conscious self-image?
How is your shadow also your strength?

Today we talk about shedding things you don't need and metaphorically breaking out of your cocoon and becoming the free butterfly you were meant to be :D
Sydney shares relatable stories about where she is at in her healing journey and talks about how uncomfortable it can be to expand and heal. This episode includes a meditation for releasing your past self and connecting to your higher self
Journal prompts: In what ways am I holding myself back?
What beliefs are holding me back?
What do I believe about life/myself/other people/my career that is holding me back?
How am I limiting myself? How can I stop limiting myself?
It's time to stop playing small/self sabotaging/doubting/limiting ourselves. It's the era of expansion, and I'm thrilled to be on the journey right beside you. It's time to be true to ourselves, live authentically, and free ourselves of anything holding us back!!!!
