Kelley Hoag is back with her amazing personable self - this time we speak more in depth about the importance of taking intuitive action when it comes to eating and the food we use to fuel our bodies. We don't have to love all the health trends and that is okay! She helps people break bad patterns and get to the root of their behavioural patterns around food. We speak about the comparison game on social media as well when it comes to health and nutrition and what makes her stand out and feel more centred around her message.
Katie Heggtveit from "Bootcamps For Change" is on this week's episode and we chat about staying true to your passion no matter the fear that kicks in. When you know within yourself that you deserve to drive your message home, nothing will stop you from getting there, it expands others to get there too. People will be on board with your message if you give it everything you have and know you're doing it for the greater good of others. We dive into deep questions about 'why me' and wondering if it was too big for her to take on.
She's so confident and inspiring and you will love all things she has to say. Enjoy! Love you guys! F

They are living for something way bigger than themselves and are on the its not about you podcast to share their journey and how rewarding it's been for them so far. **My voice did not record in the interview but the content is just as juicy**

This episode on the its not about you podcast we are speaking about Choosing Happiness. I learned that it is easier said than done and more people need to follow this simple affirmation in their day to day life. Our minds are tricky and our ego can sometimes make things so much more difficult than they need to be. In this ep I speak about getting quiet, listening to your heart and then doing what it tells you to do!
Check out my 1:1 Love Yourself mentorship program I'm holding. Let's work together to bust those limiting beliefs!

Speaking with Kelly Hoag, the founder of Root to Rise and the Morning Magic Collective, she knows the importance of finding your tribe, building a community and following your heart if something feels off.
She was living the corporate life in LA with her boyfriend when something felt off and lonely and she knew she needed a change. She moved to New York, took a serving job and began her dreams of building a community where people can bond, be raw and real with each other. People crave connection in this busy world.

Today on the its not about you podcast - love yourself series, we will be talking about how to quiet your mind and begin listening to your heart. This isn't easy, in fact it's actually pretty hard considering we have been wired since kids to think from a logistical stand point and live a life we are programmed to believe that we want. When something feels off, a lot of us have no idea what is off because we are doing what we were told we needed to do for years. We are in a rat race living our lives, so rarely do we open our heart to figure out what our desires really are. Let me know what you guys think about this podcast!
