This week on TheMegAndMaggiPodcast we’re doing an all things physical health Q&A with Maggi!
Maggi is a health and fitness educator and coach who specializes in helping people shift their relationship with food and exercise to live a health-focused life, optimize their human performance, and accomplish anything they set their minds to.
We took some listener questions and really dove deep. The questions discussed are:
How do I become more intuitive and body positive when I have a fear of gaining weight?
What is your favorite way / easiest way to get more protein in?
How can I get myself to drink more water?
What tips do you have for making exercise more enjoyable? This episode gets a slightly different twist. We not only hear Meg & Maggi’s personal experiences with these questions but also get Maggi’s perspective as to how she would coach a client through these questions.
One main takeaway from this episode is that we really get to experience and enjoy life the most when we are in the gray area between two extremes.
It always seems like life will be easier if we just follow a really strict diet or never miss a day of exercise, but this isn’t how we are meant to live. Once we take the time to learn about healthy habits and listen to our bodies we can really optimize our health in the way that works best for us.
