Having a passion for education, health, and human performance, Dr. Bulow is a speaker for both local and national organizations. Dr. Bulow is an active technique instructor for the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Society and is the President of the International Chiropractors Association’s Council on Upper Cervical Care.
