The Young and the Restless fans express their discontent about certain storylines. Top complaints center around the ongoing plots involving characters Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), whose recent kidnapping is causing viewer fatigue. The slow-burning romance between Chelsea Lawson Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is also causing some dissatisfaction due to its slow pace and perceived lack of chemistry on the CBS soap opera.
