Young and the Restless saw Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) collaborating with a secret partner to bring down Victor Newman, also known as "The Mustache," (Eric Braeden). Several characters including Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) are speculated to be Billy's secret collaborator due to their shared resentment towards Victor on the CBS soap opera. 

Young and Restless sees Tucker McCall has a mutual dislike for Victor and could potentially benefit from his downfall. Diane Jenkins and Ashley Abbott both have personal reasons to conspire against Victor. Despite the uncertainty of his secret partner's identity, it's clear that Billy's revenge plot against Victor is far from over. His brother Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) unaware of Billy's secret plans, continues to financially support Billy's new company, Abbott Communications.
