In todays episode we discuss anxiety in young black professionals. Nique and Ress discuss why anxiety seems so common among millennials and the stigmas surrounding it. We discuss the  idea of ' you can't be good , you have to be great", and the cost these type on mantras cause in the long term. Is always being labeled the 'strong one' a compliment ? or is it an eventual detriment ?
