Sometimes when the seasons change or you realize you've been hyper-focused on one area of your life, you can start to feel really heavy or not like you're not enough. How do we move from believing we should be better to finding the methods that fill us up enough to do better?
You probably already know the things you could be doing, and that's what makes it so easy to start judging yourself. I'm going through this myself. My brain is telling me what needs to happen but it's difficult to take consistent action. Let's look at how you can be more conscious with your self-care choices so that you can show up in all of the arenas of your life with ease.

Let's talk about failure. Are you holding on to something that you consider a failure, when you could just shift your language and turn it into a powerful lesson to take forward?
I don't believe in failure — there are only lessons learned. I'm in a continuous testing cycle. In order to continuously improve the quality of what you put out into the world, you need to keep trying new things, tweaking it, testing it, delivering it, and learning over and over again.
For many years, I put more weight into feeling like a failure instead of what I could learn from it, and that showed in my mindset. We're going to discuss how you can learn to change your definition of failure, how to view it as a positive, and how to use it as an accelerator for your business.

When you have eyes on your business, how do you turn those interests into engagement that converts them into a client or community member?
There is always a moment when someone discovers you for the first time. They have to decide whether they're going to engage with you, whether that's a follow, a comment, or even purchasing a product or service. So many people miss their opportunity for engagement when they have that moment of attention. In this episode, I'm going to cover what you need to do to engage with your potential customers and clarify whether you're the right fit for them.

When partners in life become partners in business, it can go really well... or it can go very, very wrong. You need to combine your expertise, create something that's sustainable for both of you, and enjoy what you do. Easy, right?
Lesley Logan and Brad Crowell share the journey of how they met—which is so fun—and how they came to the decision to do business together. Together they run onlinepilatesclasses.com, which started as a side hustle before they both collectively agreed to pour their efforts into it. Using Brad's skills of helping other startups launch and get their products out there, he felt he could take Lesley's company and extend her reach even further.
Over the years, they've learned several lessons—some the hard way—about how to operate an online business, especially as a couple. Learning to embrace each other's strengths so they each brought their own special skills to the table and hiring for their weaknesses allowed them to grow their business without blindspots. And when the pandemic threw a wrench into their plans this year, Leslie's responded quickly: she identified what her clients needed and pivoted to meet them where they were.
This is a story of how two people came together to complement each other and become greater than the sum of their parts, all while growing a heart-centered business that lets them live a life they love.

We are being inundated with virtual connections right now—Zoom calls, emails, and social media—and it feels as if we are losing the real value of connection. So, how do we focus on building deeper connections in a digital world?
Building meaningful connections is about quality over quantity—it takes time, whether digitally or in person, and you will want to build a framework for who you let into your life and how you cultivate that connection. Let's walk through how to find the right people to go deep with and how to start building out that deep connection once you've found them.

We've all been experiencing a lot of change and upheaval in the world due to COVID-19, and today's guest is an extreme example of that. When it became clear that live events were going to be canceled for the foreseeable future, Bryan Wilson had to pivot his ticket resale business, Ticket Rescue—and decided to pivot his lifestyle as well.
Bryce is the 24-year-old CEO and founder of Ticket Rescue and TRT Virtual. He turned Ticket Rescue into a multi-million dollar business over the course of four years... and then all of their product and customers disappeared in a matter of days.
Choosing to take this turn of events and do something positive, he used this opportunity to start TRT Virtual, a company which offers social media engagement services. He ended up generating five figures in sales during its first month of operation. On top of this massive business shift, he purchased an RV to live in full-time, traveling around the country while operating his business virtually.
This is a prime example of how you just make your dreams happen, no matter what life throws at you. It is up to you to charter the course of your life — and to enjoy yourself along the way!
