Your body is not the problem!
I got this request on Instagram:
"How do I start loving my small chest? I feel so insecure and jealous when I see girls with a size that I want to be. Because in my head I believe that's what my partner wants"
Today I share with you mindset shifts that will help you learn to embrace/love your chest size and feel more confident in your skin!
Here is a deck of cards I found which I think would be amazing in supporting you on your journey to loving your chest!

Your body is not the problem!
I was on a weight loss journey from 2016 all the way until late 2020 that was soley focused on my weight. I had been mislead to believe that no matter what I would be healthier if I lost weight but that was definitely not the case for me ESPECIALLY because I went about the weight loss in such an unhealthy way but the tricky part was that it was hard to see my actions as unhealthy thanks to diet culture and the fitness industry. My weight loss was celebrated SO much and no one knew the things I was doing that are so common in our society nowadays that CAN be detrimental to our health.
I wanted to create this episode not to scare you away from diets but to give you a more FULLER picture. I created today's episode because I was under the impression for a long time that good for weight loss meant good for you but have since learned that things that are good for weight loss aren't always good for you and that you can choose the things that ARE good for you and they can be good for weight loss.
Of course, I no longer recommend weighing yourself, setting a goal weight or making weight loss your main goal BUT if you are doing it for YOU, have healed your body image (know weight loss doesn't make you more worthy or beautiful etc) and want to go about it in a healthy, sustainable and fun way then this episode is for you! And this episode will also support you if you just want to be healthier and feel your best physically AND mentally!

What do you remember from gym class? I remember how teachers assumed we could run 5k without stretching before or after and without training and without making sure we were properly fueled and hydrated.
I remember feeling extra insecure about me and my body because I got bad grades in gym class and was very often picked last.
I remember being nervous that people would think I was weird for wearing basketball shorts when all of the other girls were wearing short lululemon shorts for volleyball.
I personally don't have fond memories of gym class and there are a lot of ways in which it impacted my relationship with exercise and my body!
Today's episode we dive into how gym class may have impacted your relationship with exercise and how you can go about creating a NEW experience and relationship with exercise!

I've always known I didn't want kids and would be vocal about it around family but I never shared about it publicly on social because of how much I was judged and questioned for not wanting kids. That was until I came across Kimberly's Instagram page and the Childfree By Choice Community on Instagram! Today we chat about: - The idea that society thinks women should have kids even if they don't want them just because their spouse does - How not wanting kids impacted our relationship with having periods -The unsolicited comments we have received from strangers and how it affected our body image And so much more!
