Letting go.
Not an easy thing to do, especially if you’re a leader who is used to managing (or controlling) everything and everyone around you.
Why is that?
Notice that we usually think of negative outcomes to letting go. “Things won’t go the way I want them.” “He’ll leave me.” “She won’t do it the way I want it done if I don’t keep on top of her.” It’s a lot of responsibility and work to try to keep everyone and everything on a short leash.
The only healthy option is to release it.

Someday.
Do you hear yourself saying that about things or adventures you want to experience? As women, we put off our desires because we’ve been socialized to take care of others, nurture others, give to other.
We’ve also been trained that giving to ourselves is selfish.
Not true.
When we allow ourselves to receive, we become better. We deepen our own connection to ourselves and the Divine. We become more approachable and the relationships we have become richer.
This week’s episode gives you a taste of what that could look like and an opportunity of a lifetime to make it happen for you.

You’ve been wanting to experience more for a long time. I’m inviting you to do just that with me in Italy. Reserve your spot today and get ready to experience La Dolce Vita!
We were raised to think doing things perfectly was the best way to be and this messaging started at a very early age.
Color inside the lines. Get good grades. Never make a mistake.
We’ve all experienced is, so why is it some people don’t internalize that messaging and create a lot of stress and some don’t?
This week’s episode shines a light on the root cause of perfectionism.
What You’ll Learn:
Letting go of being perfect is your path to freedom and you need a partner to walk alongside you. Schedule your Discovery Call with me today so we can map out how you can do this without judgment and stress while being supported by an expert – who has done it, too.
Over the last few years, imposter syndrome has come under fire for many reasons and the definition of it has been diluted. For those who make up the 70% of the world’s population that identify with the clear definition of impostor syndrome, this isn’t good news.
This week episode covers why understanding impostor syndrome and accepting that it is a real thing is beneficial to everyone.
What You’ll Learn:
Impostor syndrome is rampant in our world, and you don’t have to continue to suffer. Let’s hop on a Discovery Call together and talk about how you recognize impostor syndrome in yourself or someone you know and what can be done about it. Do this for yourself. Do it now. I’m ready to help.
As women, we have been taught to look to others for help in making decisions and that we can’t trust ourselves completely to know how to handle things or what is best for us.
That’s why we second-guess ourselves on small decisions and big ones. We haven’t had the practice of listening to our own wisdom and trusting that without fear of making a mistake.
It’s time to change that, don’t you agree?
What You’ll Learn:
You can create the career and life you crave when you begin to make the shifts in your thinking and start trusting. Schedule your Discovery Call with me today so you can go from avoiding decisions to taking charge of your life with confidence.
Like many things, the term self-care has been watered down and misinterpreted for women.
Waxing, nail appointments, massages – these are not self-care, they are body maintenance by our society’s standards.
In this episode, I share my definition of what true self-care is, what it isn’t and why self-help books aren’t your answer.
What You’ll Learn:
Women get caught in the trap of thinking that they should be able to figure this out on their own. They don’t need to ask for help because it makes them look weak or not capable or whatever other nonsense women have been programmed to believe.
Asking for help is the ultimate in self-care. Schedule your Discovery Call with me today so you can get on with becoming the best version of you that you can be.
