After a short breathing exercise, we begin this story in a small forest where the natural beauty of the world surrounds you. Trees, rivers and animals encompass this land, and you stand proudly with your wand in hand.

Before long you let your mind drift back to a beautiful memory that you have, and you allow it to completely fill you up before you cast your very own Patronus charm, taking the shape of your favourite animal. You then go on a healing journey of relaxation, where you will also uncover a renewed gratitude and self-love, until you finally let go and fall asleep guarded by your Patronus, and by those that are special to you.
