You can go to the archives of our show page and listen to any of our past shows.  You can even download any of our shows for free to any smart device.  This last Sunday was Mother's Day!  Just want to take a moment and give honor to Wild Bill's  mom that taught him to love the word of GOD as a child.  It was great to see that she was honored at her church as the oldest mother, and she gave a little rap on the topic of the mothers.  We love and appreciate her very much for her help and dedication to be a support and resource for our family.  Any mother that teaches her children the importance of the bible, and being faithful to church should be honored on this day! Because the seeds have been planted for a life more abundant if they choose to water those seeds.  It is up to all of us to not only hear the word of GOD, but to be a doer of the word of GOD! Today, our show has us going back to where we stopped in Ezra.  We will look at two men that are so different in their approach to dealing with some of the same issues.  Wild Bill put together two songs from two different singers to give us more of an example of how two people can have a message in song that speaks to the relationship with an almighty GOD.  They did this being true to their relationship with GOD.  Did you notice how the two songs fit together?  Do not be discouraged if you are not a Dr. Scheel, or a Pastor like Sis. Holland, Bro. Smithson or Bro. Henson.  You might think that you cannot even be a Bobbie Lively or a Wild Bill!  The key is to take your eyes off of people and to keep your focus on your relationship with GOD.  God can and will make us all fit together for the Kingdom using the things that are different in us to make someting beautiful! So don't sweat the small stuff and let GOD mold you and shape you!

Israel has fallen and they are taken to Babylon.  So what are we going to find them suffering in this process with the change of culture they are not going to find themselves being plunged into as slaves.  As always your comments or questions can be made at the end of this show. Welcome back to our bible study. We left you on a cliff hanger as we looked at how all of the people of God and most of the leadership did not want to obey GOD.  It's a sad tale but this week we see how that the King was granted favor from GOD.  Then what did he do to show his appreciation.  He did the most stupid of things that we will hear about tonight.  You probably got an idea of this from the song that started our show tonight that things are not going well for the city of Jerusalem.  We get the hint of where things are going and it is not looking good.  But even with all of the failures of the people again.  We will see that GOD is still faithful regarding his promises. Wild Bill will tell you that he has seen more of the timeline of these events with this teacher then he has ever learned before.  We want to remind you that this is an expidited bible study by this teacher.  He has more detailed bible studies on each book of the bible and we have covered some of these in the past.  We invite you to check out our past shows on the blog page or many of them we have posted links to our Your Place FB page.  You  can download or listen to any of these shows for free.  Once again we remind you that this is not a church bible study.  This is a college class that teaches bible as the inspired word of GOD.  You wont find that just anywhere in the school system.  He also teaches that it is founded in history and geography.  We promise that he will get you to think outside of the box.  The thought of the fall of of the city of Jerusalem is pretty depressing when you look back at all the people had went through before this.  Hard to believe that things could get this bad that GOD would allowed this to happen.  Do we think that GOD will not judge us the same when we stray from his word?  Something to think about.

Welcome to another show here at, "Your Place". We are taking a break from our bible study this weak and bringing you some information regarding a program called. "Mission 29:11."  You probably remember the show we did with Bro. Larry Decker regarding his insights and free help that he had for people who struggle with PTSD.  He shared his history of service during that show that was very extensive.  Bro. Larry reached out to us and shared that he has a dear friend that is working with him on a project called Mission 29:11.  His name is Don Webber.  Bro. Don recently retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service.  He has been stationed at, Davis-Monthan AFB in Tuscon, AZ., Vandenburg AFB in Lompoc, CA., Kunsan air base in Republic of Korea, Misawa air base in Aomori Prefecture, Japan, and Maimstrom AFB in Great Falls, MT. He served two combat deployments in Iraq, and one coalition forces deployment in Korea. He has been married since 2001 to Gloria, and has two children ages 16. and 13.  He is currently the Veterans Success Coach at the University of Providence in Great Falls, MT.  Bro. Don is also very involved in his community to helping with school outreach, homeless shelters, and animal shelters.  Any friend of our military and animals is for sure a friend of ours!  We have just scratched the surface of his commitment to community outreach.  I am sure that you are dying to hear from him.  Bro. Welcome to another show. We want to warn you that the teacher is not teaching in a church setting.  With that said, "He teaches the bible is the inspired word of GOD, that it is bsed in history, and it is based in geography."  Some comments he makes is to keep his students interested and trying to get them to relate the bible to the thinking of today looking back at history.   With that said we do not always agree with all of his points.  But we promise you, he will get you to thinking outside of the box. Hopefully this will help you expand your vision of the bible.  We are still looking at the kings of Isreal and how there are good and bad in this position.  This clearly applies to the priest also.  Wild Bill thinks, that this is just like we see in our politics of today.  What you see in the leadership is a sign of where the people are in their thinking and lifestyle.  We have tried in past to share in shows on politics and sound bite news,  how that there are many half truths that people of faith repeat as fact.  Wild Bill and Blog Talk Mom have both seen that this can cause a seperation between you and people of faith that you respect if you point this out. It is not about supporting 100% the political leaders where we took the sound bite news and proved it false by sharing the entire speech.  Many people misunderstood our stance.  As this teacher paints a pic of the times and people involved.  We hope that you can see more into their life.  If we are honest are we in this same endless cycle of being in GOD's plan and then out of the plan of GOD with one decision in our life?  This teacher speaks of the people walking close to GOD that had miracles in their life.  Are we not to have miracles, signs, and wonders following us according to the bible?   As we judge the people in this lesson.  What is in the wake of your life?

Welcome to another show.  Tonight as you can guess from the song we are going to look at somebody that got a burning ride home as part of this lesson.  There is a lot of ties of fire in the old testiment and the new testiment. This teacher highlights some of these tonight.  As always he has a way of wording things that may cause some of you to ask if he really said what you thought he said.  Because his wording is not phrased like you would hear in a church setting.  He has a way of getting you to think outside of the box. As always we look forward to hearing your thoughts and questions to the topic being taught tonight.

Welcome back to another show where we are still going through our one year bible study. This is not your normal sunday school bible study. As many of you know I sometimes have a lot of fun putting songs together for our show.  The first half of the song tonight was recorded in a live service at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church of DeWitt, Arkansas.  I mention all of the time of how you can tell a lot of the pattern of salvation in the old testiment that leads to the pattern that we are to follow today!  The pattern of the old testiment also speaks to the mind of GOD and the relationship man and GOD have together.  I have said before how the more things change, the more they stay the same.   For sure we have an even closer relationship with GOD due to his becoming a man and walking among us.  Then being inside of us with the Holy Ghost! The pattern of GOD remaining faithful and man falling into their own feeding of their flesh today is also not new!  We have been going through the Kings of Isreal and are now up to King Ahab!  For sure his heart was not on keeping the commandments of GOD! But when a King of the people meets the man of the King of Kings in a show down before the people.  Well, you can hear of how that plays out for all of the parties involved tonight.  As always this teacher does a great job of making comparisions of what is going on at that time and the geography where it is happening.  He helps give you a great mental picture.  Some of you may want to jump on your high horse when he speaks of the relationship between GOD and Jesus.  When it gets to speaking of the man of who Jesus was compared to the spiritual GOD that he also was the choice of words may not go with your mindset.  That is a problem with so many people judging others due to the use of different phrases and not seeing that sometimes the message is the same. This can keep you from being a wittness.

Welcome to another show tonight where we are looking at some of the kings that followed King Solomon.  The song that we played at the first of this show provides you with the names of all of the kings that is listed in the bible. Welcome to tonights show. The song that we played to start our show came from the song of songs or the song of Solomon as most people know it.  Hearing these words sung, made me see the comparison of what Jesus wants to be to all that are broken, that feel unloved, that feel all alone, and that feel nobody understands. He is ready to run into your life and change it as nothing or nobody else can do.  Can you see the picture of Jesus waiting for you to ask him to come into your life? All you have to do is call out to him with a broken and contrite spirit.  Jesus is a life changer! Tonight we continue with our bible study that is being taught by an academic college professor that brings you his thoughts based on history, geography, and that the bible is the inspired word of GOD! He may bring things out in a format that is different then anything you have ever heard in a church bible study.  Not saying that he is always right. Welcome to our bible study as it continues now into the ending of the kingship of David. What follows is the games being played in his family on who will be next to sit on the throne.  Wild Bill thinks the teacher this week has gone far beyond his previous teachings in pointing out some of the family issues and how they played out. He got a clearer picture in his mind of this process then ever before.  Plus saw in a new light  how a person that is known for his wisdom was able to make the great mistakes that we read about in the bible. Wild Bill loves the types and shadows we learn in the old testiment of the bible that leads us to the new testiment relationship that GOD wants to have with his children of the time that we live in.  As much as it is hard sometimes to understand how people made the mistakes they did after great signs and wonders of GOD showing himself to his people. I wonder if we ever stop to compare how much better we have it now, and look at the mistakes we too make in our life choices.  Just think about the one fact that should make us even more powerful and accountable.  We have the spirit of GOD living inside of us after we recieve the gift of the Holy Ghost just like they did on the day of Pentecost.  That is something we need to remind ourself of on a daily basis when studying the bible in dividing it properly to how it appllies.
