Lilian werkt momenteel drie dagen in de week als jurist bij Achmea. Daarnaast begeleidt ze cliënten vanuit haar life coaching praktijk Uncaged coaching. De insteek van de sessies is om vrij en authentiek door het leven te gaan.

In this EnergyTalk I speak to Sol Trumbo Villa. He works as a program coordinator for the Transnational Institute in Amsterdam. We start off this EnergyTalk with how he ended up working for this research institute. What led him in making choices was the dream to, one day, work for an international organization to provide help for communities.

For 11 years already he focuses on creating communicative frames and narratives to advance democratic, feasible and resilient solutions to our global challenges. He leads a team of visionaries, dedicated activists, and researchers that develops and executes advocacy campaigns and research projects. We do that hand in hand with social movements, critical scholars and policy-makers.

There are many challenges and he still gets very angry when he sees injustice, but in this talk he elaborates on what you can do to feel less frustrated and angry. Also, several quotes pass by and this is one of them: ‘Activism is not a sprint, it’s a marathon’.

Oktober HSP Zelfliefde & Zelfzorg Challenge Dag 25 In deze EnergyTalk spreek ik Alexandra Keuning. Zij is natuur- en dierenfotografe en daarnaast is zij een therapeutisch coach in opleiding. In het kader van de Oktober HSP Zelfliefde & Zelfzorg Challenge op de Facebookpagina hoogsensitiviteit en intuïtie spreek ik haar over deze thema’s. Welk beeld komt er in haar omhoog bij “zelfliefde”. Verder gaan we in op het beoefenen van zelf-compassie om belemmerende patronen los te laten, zodat we het pad vrijmaken naar het ervaren van zelfliefde. Alexandra deelt daarnaast haar visie op “zelfzorg”. Zelfzorg is niet alleen de praktische toepassing van voor je geest en lichaam zorgen met behulp van een warm geurend bad, gezonde voeding en luisteren naar kalmerende muziek. Zelfzorg is ook het leren kennen van jezelf op gevoelsniveau, zodat je weet, wat je wanneer nodig hebt en dat je er (meer) van kan genieten.
