In this episode, Nate Palmer and I talk about the experiences in his childhood that drove fear deep into his subconscious causing insecurities that he believes every person experiences at some level. He shares how fitness was a catalyst to self-improvement for himself and that he now uses it to help others take control of their lives. Nate Palmer is a coach, author, speaker and the host of the Low Carb Hustle Podcast. Yet he says - none of that actually matters. If you've ever felt like fitness is an insurmountable barrier, Nate will help you see how you can use this tool as a way of facilitating physical and mental growth in your own life.
