Die heutige Episode ist eine ganz besondere Episode, weil wir zum ersten Mal einen Podcast live im Rahmen der zeb.Uni aufgenommen haben. Die zeb.Uni ist unsere große, interne (Weiterbildungs-)Veranstaltung. Alle Mitarbeitenden des zeb sind dazu jedes Jahr für zwei volle Tage nach Münster eingeladen. Wir kommen zusammen, um zu lernen – daher auch der Name zeb.Uni. Wir lernen voneinander, aber es sind auch immer eine Vielzahl externer Redner eingeladen. Zwei davon – Frau Dr. Annegret Saxe, Vorständin der Sparkasse Münsterland Ost, und Patrick Fritz, Podcast Plaudertaschen/DSGV - hört Ihr in dieser Folge. Moderiert von unserer Kollegin, Maire Junge, diskutieren alle drei anhand von vier Thesen über ein durchaus kontroverses Thema: Diversität. Spricht wirklich alles dafür?
