  • 527: Finding the time to Cook at Home: A Strategy for Busy People
Isn't it time you stopped eating out of a box? Isn't it time you stopped eating out of a box?

It's amazing how many people looking to lose weight go out to eat as much as three times a week.  I think I get it though.  They feel they don't have the time to cook healthy meals.  Their misbelief is that it takes hours a week to prepare healthy meals.  That is simply not the case.

  • 525: The Simplest Way to be Happy: Make Someone's Life Better Today

We often think we exist in

a vacuum, that much like people thought centuries ago, that the
universe revolves around us.  I have been recording ZEN
commuter for over two years now and in that time I have discussed a
variety of ways to make your life better.

Today I want to expound on

one that is a tenet of a fulfilling life, making someone's life
better.  On my walk today I came across a site that gave me
pause.  The picture below was the impetus for today's
    show.

  • 524: Self-Assessment: Are You Truly kind and Friendly

Your opinion of who you are is the most important.  No one

else should dictate to you how to live your life or tell you what
kind of person you are.  With that said, it is important all
the time to reflect on who you are to see if your assessment is
accurate, that is to say, reflects what other peoples definition of
    kindness is.

One way we get of track and feel disconnected is when we

perceive ourselves as one way and others see us as totally
    different.

  • 523: Deep Breathing: The Easiest way to Reduce Stress and the Reasons You Aren't

On ZEN commuter and Five Minute Mojo I have talked several times

about one of the easiest ways to reduce stress that costs nothing
and takes less than 3 minutes to do.  Yet it's safe to say
that not many people avail themselves to it.

Today I want to address why they, possibly you, don't.  The

goal of course is to utilize all the tools in your arsenal to have
    an awesome life.
