In this season finale episode, we tackle the topic of zinc, which is used to make 75 percent of the Paris rooftops.

I chat with Constance Allard, who runs the zinc workshop Les toits Parisiens. I also climbed onto a zinc roofing construction site in the 1st arrondissement, and chatted with roofer Frederic Cordier from the roofing company La Louisane.
