In this week’s episode, I discussed a topic that many of my clients have requested and that is dealing with divorce! I had the pleasure of interviewing Gabrielle Hartley, Esq, a divorce attorney, mediator, divorce coach, speaker and the author of the new book “Better Apart- The Radically Positive Way to Separate”. I really enjoyed reading this book and some of the suggestions that Gabrielle has for dealing with a circumstance that is often times seen as adversarial. She incorporates mindfulness, the importance of self-care, and forgiveness into the process of separating and divorcing. I have already suggested this book to several of my clients who are separated and going through a divorce at this time so I recommend that if your struggling with this topic too, please pick up a copy of the book!
