James Deer is the co-founder of GatherContent, a UK based content development platform that helps agencies plan and produce web content for their clients. James founded the company with his wife in 2010. GatherContent now has around 700 paying customers across 100 countries.  In this episode, James shares with me how they turned their design agency into a successful SaaS business that's already generating around $50K in monthly recurring revenue.
