Think about this scenario. You woke up crazy early to get some work done, you ran around all day doing errands for your business, you answer emails through your baby's nap time, and you showed up at closing to help clean.
Then, as you're feeling super accomplished: it comes in. A 1-star google review. In my experience, there is NO way to ruin a passionate business owners day than a negative review, especially if its not something constructive. Because let's be honest, some customers can be downright NASTY.
So, how do you react? If you're like how I was in the beginning, it made me want to give up.
THIS simple strategy helped me handle negative comments and truly saved my sanity at times. The important thing is to NEVER let nasty reviews or feedback (again, we love constructive feedback! I'm not talking about that here. I'm talking about trolls who just comment to hurt) prevent you from doing the amazing work you're doing.
