We are a family of four and we have two small toddlers. And if you know anything about toddlers, you know everything goes from hand to mouth.  They live through their mouths. And disease, sickness can spread very quickly, especially when you have toddlers.

And then you compound that with as of the recording of this, there is a sickness that's going around global sickness, I'm not going to say what that is. But if you've lived through the years, 2020 and 2021, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Today we are discussing some of the protocols that MY family takes to keep sickness at bay, and when we do get sick, what are some things we do to recover quickly.
