Gift giving and receiving doesn't have to be burdensome and if you have felt the need to hold on to things out of obligation I am freeing you of that TODAY! In the words of Elsa, "Let it go!"

In this episode I'm sharing with you three gift giving rules I have adopted for myself and I'm encouraging you to start living by them. They're easy and straightforward friends because we all need some easy in our lives. Holding onto things out of obligation isn't easy and it's mentally and physically exhausting. It's time to take back our lives and control our own happiness.
