I want you to imagine what life could be like if you didn’t live with the debilitating, life sucking, energy draining sexual guilt and shame you likely grew up with.

 

Think for a sec… What would be possible for you if you could fully celebrate your sexuality instead of judge, shame, or feel guilty, uncomfortable or awkward about it?

 

Who would you get to be in the bedroom and in life if you really owned your own inner sex god/dess?

 

This question matters, because I don’t think people ever stop to consider what it would be like to be free of sexual guilt and shame... Because no one is really going around sexually celebrating in a truly integrated and healthy way.

 

I lived with this sexual guilt and shame for 3 decades…having grown up in the South in a very conservative religious community.

 

Until one day I woke up and said, “NO MORE! I will not live another day on this planet hating my body and holding back how I sound and express myself sexually.

 

I wanted to be free to explore sex and NOT feel guilty!

 

So I did everything that came in my path to heal this. Not gonna lie, it took time. But, it worked. And today, I have nothing but celebration for my sexiness and my sexuality.

 

And there’s nothing more that I want for you too.

 

Because life is too short to go another day hating the body that houses your beautiful soul or feeling held back to express your true authentic sexuality because you, and everyone around you is scared of it for no good reason.

 

Your body and your sexuality are divine. You can’t separate the sacred from the sexy. But, if you’ve been trying, because you don’t know any better, I want you to tune in to today’s episode.
