国内首次本土检出XBB.1.5

The Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported 14 locally transmitted COVID-19 cases of variants of concern since December.

根据中疾控本周最新发布的全国新冠病毒感染情况通报，2022年12月以来，全国共发现本土重点关注变异株14例。

One case infected with Omicron subvariant XBB.1.5 was reported this week, marking the first time the subvariant was transmitted locally on the Chinese mainland. XBB.1.5 is now the dominant Omicron subvariant of all coronavirus infections reported in the United States. It is highly transmissible, but doesn’t lead to more severe illness. The CDC estimated that 80 percent of China’s population has already contracted an Omicron subvariant. China CDC said these people should have a relatively high level of antibodies【抗体】for a few months, which offers some protection against other Omicron variants.

其中有1例XBB.1.5，为本周期新增变异株病例，在国内首次检出。据了解，XBB.1.5是迄今最具传染性的奥密克戎亚型变异株，已成为美国当前流行的主要毒株，具有高传播的特点，但致病性并没有明显增强。中疾控指出目前我国约有80%的人已感染奥密克戎亚型病毒，在一定时期内抗体水平较高，预期对其他奥密克戎变异株分支，具有较好的交叉保护作用。

2.CHINA-DEVELOPED COVID DRUG NOW AVAILABLE IN SHANGHAI

国产新冠口服药“民得维”上市在沪开出首张处方

A patient at Shanghai Pudong Hospital became the first to get a China-developed COVID drug this afternoon. The drug VV116, also known as Mindewei is an oral anti-viral medication for use in adults with mild to moderate COVID symptoms. Zhang Hong has more.

今天下午，中国国产新冠口服药——氢溴酸氘瑞米德韦片（商品名称：民得维®，产品代号：VV116）在复旦大学附属浦东医院开出首张处方，适用于轻中度症状的感染者。记者张泓带来更多详细报道。

65-year-old Mr. Guo had a high fever for three days and was diagnosed with COVID-19.His doctor decided to prescribe VV116 as part of Mr. Guo’s treatment.

前来就诊的65岁郭老伯高烧三天不退，被诊断为新冠病毒感染，医生给他开出了国产新冠口服药民得维。

Before, imported small-molecule COVID-19 drugs were out of stock for a while. Now with domestic drugs, we don’t need to worry about shortages.

之前（进口）小分子药有一段时间是缺货的，现在（国产）不会担心货源会缺。

One bottle of Mindewei, or VV116 is priced at 795 yuan and contains enough tablets for a 5-day course of treatment. The drug has been added to the national medical reimbursement【报销】list, meaning people can get a discount of up to 90 percent off the sales price.

一瓶民得维（VV116）的价格为795元，药量可用于5天一个疗程。该药物已纳入基本医保基金支付范围，意味着个人仅需自付10%。

This domestic drug is more accessible compared to imported drugs, because it is domestically produced.The intellectual property rights are here. We have sufficient stock and it can fully meet the demand.

从临床研究来看，和其他药物、进口药相比，它的可及性非常好，因为它是国产的，有自主知识产权的，而且我们库存很充足的。如果有新冠病毒感染患者，我们完全可以满足他们的用药需求。

The drug was available for patients in Pudong only 19 days after it was granted conditional approval by the National Medical Products Administration, thanks to a pilot【试点的】medication market entering policy. The drug has been stocked in many medical institutions in Shanghai.

得益于上海试点实施的药品上市许可持有人制度（MAH），在获批仅19天后，民得维率先在浦东开花落地。目前，该药正在上海各大医院陆续入库。

3.WALL STREET INVESTORS PUTTING BIG MONEY INTO CHINA’S INTERNET GIANTS

According to the report, Goldman Sachs raised its stake【股份】in by 39 percent during the period, while JP Morgan increased its stake in Alibaba by 26 percent. It quoted Blackrock as saying that adjusted regulatory【监管的】policies for China’s Internet enterprises since the end of 2022 have helped repair the sector’s valuation. A consumption recovery this year would raise profits of internet firms including e-commerce, advertising and games.

据了解，高盛去年四季度增持了39%的拼多多，同时摩根大通增持了26%的阿里巴巴。贝莱德近日发表观点称，中国互联网企业的监管政策逐步调整，帮助板块估值进一步修复。伴随2023年消费回暖，互联网企业在电商、广告、游戏等核心业务上的盈利基础也随之恢复。
