Jessi and Chelsea discuss Chelsea’s struggle with self-hatred toward her body and how she finally decided to be okay with herself. She shares how her mindset has changed from then to now and how she’s learned to ditch diet culture, macro calculators and instead listen to her body and what it needs. They chat about intuitive eating, mom guilt, why you’ll have good days and bad days, how your confidence affects intimacy and more.
