Cory is a former University of Pittsburgh student-athlete, where she holds the career and single season ERA records for Pitt Softball. She is also a former Colorado Gatorade Player of the Year award winner. She is a pediatric cancer survivor and autoimmune disease warrior who has scaled Mt. Kilimanjaro and climbed to Mt. Everest Base Camp. One of her core values is resiliency, not just as a pitcher or as a player on the field, but also in life.
