In Episode 3, I introduced the topic of Impact vs. Intention. We all have good intentions, right? Most people don't wake up in the morning intending to hurt others. For the most part, we all wake up and want to do good. But there's a disconnect between our intentions and the actual impact. This aligns with my beliefs on the differences between an influencer and a leader. Influencers just have a large reach. It doesn't matter what they're doing, what they're saying, or what they're influencing. A leader may not have a large reach, but they are making a large and positive impact on just a few people. We often measure our success based on how many people are following us on social media. But that isn't everything!
