On today’s episode, I have the joy of chatting with my friend, Annaliese Wegner about embracing your changing roles on and off the farm. As women, specifically women in Ag, our roles change as we continue to grow and evolve. Often with each change there can be a period of uncertainty and we adjust to what each role and season has to offer. 

Annaliese is a Wisconsin girl, dairy farmer, wife and twin mom. You might know her as Modern-day Farm Chick. Annaliese has been sharing her story online for the past 11ish years in order to help connect people to their farmer. Through social media, mastermind events and her speaking, Annaliese encourages other women in agriculture to share their unique story.
