In this episode, Food Freedom Online Program Client, Molly shares her incredible story. Her struggles with food and body began at a young age after her father went to prison. Like many of us, she began using food to cope and numb out. Molly walks us through how she processed many challenging events in her life and ultimately found the courage to rise above and pursue healing. Molly encourages all women who have faced trauma in the past to not let your past define you.
