10 Billion new Shares Authorized by $MSTR | Special Meeting Letter.
Yesterday MicroStrategy issued a Special letter which called for an increase in authorized common and preferred shares. Common by 10 billion, and preferred by 1 billion. In this video I go over why they needed to do this and what it means for share holders.
One thing I forgot to mention, is this authorization still needs to be voted on by shareholders, although that is likely to be approved as Saylor has something like 46% of the voting shares.
