In this one, I head to Glasgow to interview Scotland's no.1 physio practice owner, Steven McLean. Steven has seen his practice go from strength to strength since COVID. Such has been the demand, Steven has moved to a much bigger premises and has hired ten staff. We get to talking about his lessons in hiring people, managing pain in the ass-rockstar employees (and firing them), what it means to be "positively naive" and how to think more accurately about RISK.

It's a fantastic episode that I know you will love and learn from. If you don't understand "Scottish", that's ok, nor do I... just listen a louder, you will get the jist of what he is saying 🙂
