Avid Rugby lover, MC of the Pub Leaders Summit, owner of The Glenmore Hotel (and other pubs) and head of the recently launched Kan-Do Academy, Kent Anderson is a man of many talents.

Our conversation centres primarily around training and culture within the hospitality sector, a subject that is very close to Kent's heart. As a venue owner he grew frustrated by the poor transfer of information in venue, and decided to do something about it. Kan-Do was born.
