Listen to someone who knows the ins and outs of the healthcare system particularly when it comes to hospitalization. Debra, RN, 2003, Air Force Commission as 2nd Lieutenant in 1984, co-caregiver with her brother on the care of their parents with varying degrees of Dementia, late father died in 2019, and mother currently living in an assisted-living, published the book, "7 Questions You Must Ask When Hospitalized". Debra James and Grace Asagra, both holistic Registered Nurses gives you tips and strategic secrets to get the best of care when you or your loved ones are hospitalized. Ask questions, be empowered and feel safe You deserve it.
When asked what her best advice for someone who is caring for a Dementia loved one, her response is, "Get help as soon as possible, get legal matters settled sooner than soon (medical, financial POAs, etc.) and take very good care of yourself!"
Quantum Affirmation: Refreshing Exercise- "I thrive on going outside to receive sunshine and fresh air. I exercise my muscles regularly to stay in top shape. I take pride in my appearance. I have a healthy glow." (Read 3x in the morning, noon and evening. Feel the words.)
