Eddie Hearn is sports promoter and author of the new Sunday times bestselling book ‘Relentless’ , the managing director of Matchroom Sport and an all round business mogul.

Eddie spends most of his time on Matchroom Boxing, running their exclusive televised boxing deal with sky sports, often broadcasting up to 20 shows a year!

Matchroom sport was founded by Eddie’s dad Barry Hearn, and after a stint in the west end as a sport agent Eddie decided it was time To join the family business, initially promoting online poker. At one particular event he met Audley Harrison during a poker match and promised to help rebuild his career. Soon after, he landed the Audley Harrison and David Haye fight signaling the growth and intention of Matchroom boxing - the rest is history.

Since he has promoted some of the biggest fights in the world, including Anthony Joshua’s monster of a fight against Klitschko in Wembley stadium in front of 90,000 people, he has promoted shows for some of the worlds greatest boxers including the main man AJ, Carl Froch, Amir Khan, Dillian Whyte, Callum smith, Katie Taylor and of course my brother John Ryder, - among many others. In May 2018 Eddie took Matchroom to America in a deal said to be worth $1billion!!! The man is an operator! Plus he’s just become an author with his new book relentless which is brilliant and of course went straight to no.1 as the Sunday times bestsellers.
