Host Angela Shelton has health expert Sean Gilder on to discuss his thoughts on "crazy women" and he said let's not call them crazy, let's call them poisoned. When you deep dive into the realities of that concept you see that indeed, we are very much poisoned in our bodies, minds, and spirits and it is intentional. It's time to wake up to that reality, get healthy and stay that way full circle, full body, full healing. Here is one of many discussions for our 101 Ways to Heal That Sh*t!!
This is the man Angela calls Jesus (look at him at https://www.theoneinnashville.com/ and see why!) He created LUTE and cured himself of chronic pain after leaving the medical industry and learned about the poisoning from big pharma that is intentionally created. This is a long conversation where you can be a fly on the wall. Angela and Sean both go live on tiktok regularly:

Angela Shelton interviews assault survivor and advocate Austine Rose Magnolia while a beaver puppet stands in for Aly! What Austine survived is the journey of the pheonix rising from the ashes. Angela makes the harsh story easier to hear with puppets and playful joy interjected.

YOU are LOVED!
Angela share a healing technique that you will fall in love with. She gets Aly to say she loves her, which may make Aly feel like holding onto an electric fence...
From dating for food to facing being berated, feel the love!
This episode is dedicated to Nikki Paris.
Angela recommends imagining yourself as the subject of cheesy love songs; possibly being serenaded by a higher power… or by yourself, or whomever you love most. Her favorite is Simple Man by Lynyrd Skynyrd, although Aly notes that doesn’t appear to be a love song. Aly’s always had a thing for break-up songs rather than love songs, so this idea is especially challenging for her. She should probably call Better Help for assistance.
Aly recommends keeping in mind that everything you hear is passed through the filters of your own experience, so try not to read too much into what you think you hear.
Thanks to Leah Finkelstein and Heather Stewart for the spectacular didgeridoo performances!
