What is a spiritual crisis? How do you know when you’re going through one?

• Acknowledging when our capacity has changed.

Spiritual crises may see us cycling through grief, anger, and sadness, but we don’t have to go through them alone. By understanding our particular healing spirals, we can access resolution and repair.
