How often have you been playing in a four-ball when no one knew exactly the correct ruling in a given situation? It has been famously said that golf is not a fair game. Can the same be said of the rules? 

The Rules of Golf have evolved over hundreds of years, and the governing bodies are always looking to make the game as fair as possible, but are there any rules that you think are questionable, or would you like to see amended or amended abandoned?
